Turned out great!! But definitely need a helping hand to erect, (5x3m), and a bit of building/metal work skills to go with it. I done it with a friend who is a roofer by trade and it was a good little challenge!! The canterlever bracing kit is a definite must, especially if it’s in an open area.

I would say one of their kit is pretty easy to intall, with a step by step instructions I intall it by myself. The customer service is good and help to resolve the issue straight away. Will definately deal with this company again in the near future.

Well, what a great company. No trouble ordering, except I ordered the wrong size! No problem. Raj changed the order and refunded the difference in 15 minutes. Can't ask for better than that. Easy to install, even if we did put the gutter outlet on the wrong end. That too was an easy fix. Super happy with the awning, service, price, quality. One very happy customer..

What an excellent outcome for us. A wonderful extension to our Pergola. Ordering and receiving all the correct parts from Carports and Outdoors Aus was easy. Everything was exact in size and the instructions were spot on. So many friends have remarked on the Pergola.

I am happy with the service I received that I am now comfortable and confident to make my purchase. What tops it off is the free delivery to my door! 5 stars well deserved. Edit 29/1: surprise !! My delivery came with chocolates and two key rings … Installation was a little tricky but the end result looks amazing! I had had some Reno guys install so they had the equipment to make some minor adjustments here and there (posts needed to be cut by 200mm and one panel was a couple a mm too wide) but it was all good. It took two days to install (10hrs) with two guys, I would suggest 3 to help with holding panels up. Overall very happy with the customer service, the super express delivery, unexpected thank you gifts and the overall look and quality of the product. Will definitely recommend this product.

First up, the service and communications with the firm is excellent. Carport arrive quickly and well packaged. After looking at it for a few weeks hoping it would erect itself I finally got stuck in. Spent a fair bit of time getting the posts set, not just vertically but with correct orientation so the main beams would be parallel. I was on my own so I took my time but still got it up in 2 half days. My driveway has quite a steep slope and this complicated it somewhat, especially getting ladders etc stable. Very happy with the quality of materials and finished product.

Great customer service. They spent the time going through the details of the patio cover kit we were purchasing. The product is excellent. I would highly recommend it. We put up the patio cover on the weekend by ourselves. It looked so good that we decided to purchase another one to extend it. The patio cover was easy to put up and was completed in one day. It exceeded our expectation.

Absolutely worth their prices. I’ve been searching for a carport that is decent and affordable for ages. Finally installed the catport and it’s fantastic! Fits in well with my fence, love the lowline features that keep it looking very subtle. 100% would recommend this!

Kit was comprehensive and delivered timely. Packaging very secure with all metal items covered with a plastic film (best to remove before building) The video is hopeless so make sure you obtain a hard copy of the install instructions. I built it in a confined area but it came up well. Was difficult to find purchase on the roofing panels but in the end it looks great. Use rubber gloves when handling the polycarbonate as the cut edges are razor sharp. Once completed it was quite wobbly but I have used. A Couple of brackets to secure the top of the roof to the house. A tiny pot of touch up paint could be useful. Finished product looks great and is admired by all visitors to our home.

A great purchasing experience with great customer service follow up. I completed the awning installation today. What a great product and a great addition to our home. Additionally I completed the carport installation yesterday as a shelter for our pool area. It’s come up an absolute treat! I would recommend this product without hesitation.
