Our warranty covers replacement parts of the product delivered to you only. Our warranty does not cover for damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance or damage caused as a result of incorrect assembly.
We do respect and care for every one of our customer. In case you receive the product damaged or it seems different from what you ordered, we will provide you with all of the available solutions which will certainly lead to a satisfactory outcome. Photos of the package must be taken before opening for proof. In case the photos are not provided, we will not be in a position to offer any resolution.
