Really happy with the product and service. Ordered a 1.5x4m grey awning with great results. Was looking for a good quality product that was cost effective and feel like this was by far the best option I could find to fit that description. My dad and I built it ourselves and found it relatively simple. We built in 3 few hour stages doing the wall fixings and mountings first, then the frame and panels and finally the finishing touches. You could probably do in a day fairly easily if you knew the process. I decided not to use the down pipe as water filters out the gutter direct onto our garden. Would suggest properly reviewing all instructions and setting out parts before install.

Turned out great!! But definitely need a helping hand to erect, (5x3m), and a bit of building/metal work skills to go with it. I done it with a friend who is a roofer by trade and it was a good little challenge!!
The canterlever bracing kit is a definite must, especially if it’s in an open area.

Absolutely love our new patio cover! It looks incredible and really transformed our outdoor space. The quality is top-notch, and the installation was straightforward. Well, what a great company. No trouble ordering, except I ordered the wrong size! No problem. Raj changed the order and refunded the difference in 15 minutes. Can't ask for better than that. Easy to install, even if we did put the gutter outlet on the wrong end. That too was an easy fix. Super happy with the awning, service, price, quality.

What an excellent outcome for us. A wonderful extension to our Pergola. Ordering and receiving all the correct parts from Carports and Outdoors Aus was easy. Everything was exact in size and the instructions were spot on. So many friends have remarked on the Pergola.

I brought the Aluminium Bracket awning for my mother and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and the ease of installation. The instructions were easy to follow and I am very happy with the result

First up, the service and communications with the firm is excellent. Carport arrive quickly and well packaged. After looking at it for a few weeks hoping it would erect itself I finally got stuck in. Spent a fair bit of time getting the posts set, not just vertically but with correct orientation so the main beams would be parallel. I was on my own so I took my time but still got it up in 2 half days. My driveway has quite a steep slope and this complicated it somewhat, especially getting ladders etc stable. Very happy with the quality of materials and finished product.

Finally just finished erecting my gorgeous patio 5m x 3m....i had my son in law and grandson to help me install the perspex roof but i did everything else...i love a challenge but i must say one needs 2 extra pairs of hands to get the job done...We are so happy with our new patio...all the necessary parts were delivered in 4 cartons, delivery time about 8 days from victoria to the gold coast.

I would say one of their kit is pretty easy to intall, with a step by step instructions I intall it by myself. The customer service is good and help to resolve the issue straight away. Will definately deal with this company again in the near future.

I am happy with the service I received that I am now comfortable and confident to make my purchase. What tops it off is the free delivery to my door! 5 stars well deserved.

Installation was a little tricky but the end result looks amazing!
I had had some Reno guys install so they had the equipment to make some minor adjustments here and there (posts needed to be cut by 200mm and one panel was a couple a mm too wide) but it was all good.
It took two days to install (10hrs) with two guys, I would suggest 3 to help with holding panels up.
Overall very happy with the customer service, the super express delivery, unexpected thank you gifts and the overall look and quality of the product. Will definitely recommend this product.
